It's not far from Sant Feliu to Barcelona as the crow flies, but it takes forever with all the ups-and-downs and winding switchbacks of the Costa Brava. The views are fantastic and the sun is shining. I have to be in Barcelona by 5pm to meet friends so I really have to push for the final 50 kilometers along the coast. It would be a nicer ride if I had more time, pressed as I am to get to Barcelona I skip a lot of the bike paths along the beach and just stick to the road. I arrive in Sants just in time. Taking a few days off here to visit.
