Replaced the front brake pads today. These had been on there since Tumbaco, Ecuador, an amazing run for a pair of brake pads (14,000 kilometers or 8,700 miles) but I'd say they're done. Santiago at the Casa de Ciclista in Tumbaco bought them for me and said they would last a long, long time. I was skeptical at the time but boy was he right. Gracias amigo!
